119 acres of open pasture in Red River County.
We're building from scratch. A ratified purchase agreement on 119 acres along FM 44 near Annona, Texas — open pasture, three water bodies, and a clean slate for what regenerative agriculture looks like when precision technology meets deep-rooted land stewardship.
The land runs from FM 44 in the north down to a natural spring-fed pond in the south. There's a four-acre lake in the center. Mature timber borders every edge. We're not clearing a thing — we're working with what's already there.
Managed Wild is named for what we're doing: managing land the way nature intends — with intention, rotation, rest, and respect. Wild is the standard. We just manage it.
