We're building from scratch. The plan, the brand, the traceability system, and the farm technology are ready — now we're searching for the right land in Northeast Texas to put them to work. Lease or purchase, we're looking for ground where precision technology can meet deep-rooted land stewardship.

Wherever we land, we won't be clearing a thing. Open pasture, mature timber, and natural water are assets to work with, not obstacles to remove. We'll fit the farm to the land that's already there.

Managed Wild is named for what we're doing: managing land the way nature intends — with intention, rotation, rest, and respect. Wild is the standard. We just manage it.

Managed Wild is searching for a farm to lease or buy in Northeast Texas. If you own land, know of a property, or are planning to step back from farming, we'd love to talk.

Lease or Purchase

We're open to an operating lease, lease-to-own, or purchase. A good long-term working relationship with the landowner matters as much as the acreage.

Pasture & Timber

Open pasture for rotational grazing, with timber or tree lines we can grow into silvopasture. We work with what's there; we don't clear it.

Reliable Water

A pond, creek, well, or dependable water service for livestock, gardens, and a small greenhouse.

Room to Farm

Permission for real livestock and crop work, plus removable fencing and farm sensors. We keep complete records and leave the land better than we found it.

Fresh Herbs & Produce

Aquaponics greenhouse and open-pasture grow beds. Rosemary, basil, thyme, heirloom tomatoes, leafy greens — harvested weekly for restaurant partners and farm box subscribers.

A2/A2 Mini Jersey Dairy

Certified Miniature Jersey dairy cattle producing A2/A2 milk. Available via herd share program — the cleanest milk protocol available under Texas law.

Pastured Livestock

Boer-Kiko goats, Khaki Campbell ducks, heritage turkeys, geese, peacocks, and layer hens — all rotated through 12 paddocks on living pasture with zero confinement.

Aquaponics System

1,000-gallon IBC closed-loop aquaponics with crawfish and feeder fish feeding six grow beds inside a climate-controlled hoop house greenhouse.

Mast & Orchard Trees

Silvopasture planned with persimmon, pawpaw, pecan, walnut, hickory, fig, plum, pear, and goji berry. A living larder growing alongside the herd.

Raw Honey

Three nucleus colonies of bees working the silvopasture bloom — persimmon, pawpaw, clover, and wildflower. Single-origin, unfiltered, traced by hive.

Own a share of the herd.

Founding members can reserve a share in our dairy, beef, and pork herds. Every share is QR-traced from the animal's paddock to your freezer or fridge.

A2/A2 Mini Jersey Dairy Share

Own part of our Miniature Jersey dairy herd and receive your share of fresh A2/A2 milk. A herd share is the legal way to get this milk in Texas.

Beef

Red Ruby Devon Beef Share

Grass-finished beef from Red Ruby Devon cattle, a hardy heritage breed known for marbling and flavor on grass alone. Quarter, half, and whole shares, each traced to the individual animal.

Pork

Heritage Pork Share

Berkshire and Red Wattle hogs raised in silvopasture, rooting and foraging under the trees. Half and whole shares of rich, well-marbled heritage pork, traced from paddock to package.
